What this service is for

A good first call saves time because it stops small problems being dressed up as software projects, and stops serious problems being ignored until they become headcount.

The introduction call is for sorting the problem before anyone turns it into a project. Most workflow issues arrive as a feeling: a team is busy, a report takes too long, a handover keeps breaking, or one person is carrying a process that should not depend on them.

In 30 minutes we narrow that down to one workflow, who is involved, what breaks, and whether the problem is worth a deeper look. The point is not to sell a build. The point is to avoid spending money before the shape of the problem is clear.

If the work is too small, too vague, or better solved by an existing tool, we will say that. If it has the right shape for an audit or build, you leave knowing the sensible next move.

What you get

  • 30m workflow walkthrough
  • Initial read on the cost of the problem
  • Clear next step or no-fit call
  • No prep work required
  • Follow-up notes by email

How it works

  1. 01

Walk through one workflow from start to finish.

  2. 02

Identify who touches it, where it waits, and what breaks.

  3. 03

Decide whether the next step is audit, build, another tool, or no action.
