What we collect
When you contact us through our website, we collect only the information you voluntarily submit: your name, email address, company name, and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988.
Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to respond to your project enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties.
Third-party services
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions. Turnstile operates invisibly in the background and does not use cookies or collect personal data. Use of Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we store it
Enquiry information is stored securely and accessed only by the people at Chevris responsible for responding to it. We retain it only for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our engagement with you.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@chevris.com. We will respond promptly.
If you believe we have handled your personal information in breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Engagements
All project work is conducted under a signed proposal and service agreement. No engagement begins without one. The terms on this page are general in nature and do not form part of, or override, any signed agreement between you and Chevris.
